What we collect
Your email address, from signing in with Google or a sign-in link. Your first and last name, which you give us at signup. A mobile number, if you list a ticket. The city you pick. Details of tickets you list, buy, or bid on, including any ticket file and proof of purchase you upload. That is the whole list.
What we never see
Card numbers and bank details. Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe, and that information goes directly to them. Sellers complete identity verification inside Stripe's own flow; we receive only whether they are cleared to be paid.
What other people see
Your first name and last initial, alongside anything you list, including the proof of purchase you upload. Buyers see your mobile number only after paying, and only when the ticket needs handing over directly rather than being delivered automatically. Bidders are shown to the seller they bid with. Nothing else is public.
Who we share it with
Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Stripe processes payments and payouts. Resend delivers our email. Vercel hosts the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Email we send
Transactional messages only: your ticket sold, your purchase went through, your payout is on the way, someone bid on your listing. These are part of using GreenRoom rather than marketing, so there is no unsubscribe. We do not send promotional email.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are retained while your account exists, and afterwards for as long as needed to resolve disputes, meet tax obligations, and satisfy Stripe's own record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time. You can ask us to delete your account, and we will, except where a completed transaction has to be retained for the reasons above. You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
Security
Access to your data is restricted at the database level, so one account cannot read another's. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected users promptly if that ever proves true here.
